    Daily Downloads Not Working


    To Whom It May Concern:

    I recently contacted, in latter part of January, someone on Live Chat to see what the issues were with the inability to download puzzles. A few days seemed to then work, but January 31 3rd puzzle, Jigsaw Jammer, would not download. Now none of the February
    puzzles all six of them will not download. Isn't there someone available to remedy this situation?

    microsoft jigsaw will not download

    Classic jigsaw and the daily challenges will not download. Is it going to be fixed? It was working on my laptop but not on the desktop. Today 1 of the daily challenges was available but not the other 2.

    Microsoft Ultimate Word Game - daily challenge download problem.

    The problem is with Microsoft. All of the other daily download challenge downloads work just fine for all previous days and for today. There is a bug in the download program for that particular download and it's not something a user can fix.

    I couldn't download daily challenges and new puzzles, either. Today I switched on "Let apps run in the background" (Settings->Privacy->Background apps) for Microsoft Jigsaw, Microsoft Store and Xbox, and daily challenges finally started to work. Maybe this
    will help you, too.

    I'm having the same problem with daily challenges. It's always been slow downloading the daily challenges now it won't download them at all. Was hoping I could find a solution here.
