    DAILY CHALLENGES WON'T OPEN


    DAILY CHALLENGES IN MICROSOFT JIGSAW WILL NOT OPEN. SHOWS THEY HAVE DOWNLOADED. ONCE CLICKED ON THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE GOING TO OPEN, BUT THEN JUST GOES BACK TO THE HOME PAGE. HELP PLEASE!

    Daily challenge

    The Daily Challenge, Jigsaw Jammer from Dec 2 won't open. Keeps locking up my laptop. I have not left a daily challenge incomplete for over a year now and do not want to start with one which is an EASY difficulty. What can I do?

    I'm having the same problem with daily challenges. It's always been slow downloading the daily challenges now it won't download them at all. Was hoping I could find a solution here.

    Please make sure you have the latest version of the game installed. From the Start menu, type Windows Update, and click "Check for Updates'

    Following my earlier posting we tried with a third laptop last night and had the same error. We then went through all the suggested fixes but the error still occurs.

    This morning the problem is still there and seeing all the other postings reporting the same problem I assume we will have to wait for a fix.
