Daily Challenges won't load

Discus and support Daily Challenges won't load in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I just bought a new Lenovo Flex laptop and installed the Microsoft Jigsaw app. I can open the app and the daily challenge button, but when I click on...     Daily Challenges won't load


    I just bought a new Lenovo Flex laptop and installed the Microsoft Jigsaw app. I can open the app and the daily challenge button, but when I click on any of the three challenges, it loads, then tries to open an ad, buffers for several seconds, then closes
    the app completely and returns to the start page. Anything I can do???? I really miss doing the daily challenges!

    The daily challenge in Crosswords won't load(problem loading Daily Challenge data). Please Help.

    Collections not downloading

    This is first day I've checked, because I don't generally do daily challenges, but had the time so I checked on it and the daily challenges don't download either to be able to do. I was able to do the easy one for today, but the other 2 won't load and none
    of the ones for all of February so far on the calendar won't load either. So there's that combined with the fact that the puzzle packs won't download. So...basically.....nothing loads...at all.

    me too. Happened following a reinstall of Windows 10. Seems to only effect the Daily Challenges and the Events. Additionally, MS Jigsaw daily games won't finish loading.

    Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with Microsoft Jigsaw. Please try the troubleshooting steps on this page HERE and let us know if it helps.
    Sometimes something as simple as reinstalling the game will fix an issue like this.
