    Daily Challenges Stuck Downloading


    I revisited Microsoft Jigsaw today for the first time in years. I was able to access my custom-made and other jigsaws, but when I've tried to access the daily challenges they are not available, and seem to be stuck 'downloading'.

    I upgraded to Premium today to get rid of the advertisements. I hope this hasn't caused the problem.

    Jigsaw Puzzle not loading

    On the July 6th Daily Challenge the third puzzle will not complete downloading,it gets stuck. I did the rest of the days puzzles and also all of July 7th with no problem..

    Difficulty level no longer selectable

    I've been playing the Daily Challenges. Most of the games I play, I choose the hard level. However, there was no option in the Daily Challenges to choose a level. I'm stuck on Easy and Medium on 2 of them and want to change to Hard. There is a triple bar in the upper left corner but it doesn't include to change difficulty level. Am I stuck with easy and medium? Thanks...

    Jigsaw Daily Puzzles Not Downloading

    I'm having the same problem with daily challenges. It's always been slow downloading the daily challenges now it won't download them at all. Was hoping I could find a solution here.

    I have not been able to download the Microsoft Jigsaw game daily challenges since Sept 30. I have uninstalled and installed the game 3 different times & it still will not download the daily challenges.

    I found my daily challenge coins being reset.

    My daily challenge is working fine but did notice a issue in acchevments the twin peaks i'm stuck at 26 boards won't advance

    Update to this thread. Now, I'm also unable to access Daily Challenges in Microsoft Mahjong. The error message was:

    There was a problem downloading Daily Challenge data. Please refer to error code: 016000
