    Daily Challenges not working since March 31, 2018


    I started having problems with the last challenge for March 31st not allowing me to collect the rewards after successfully completing the challenge. I tried multiple times throughout the day to no avail. I thought it had to do with the ads since that has
    been a problem in the past. I purchased the Premium subscription to remove the ads and that did not correct the problem. I did what was recommended in the forum...reset the game, uninstall/reinstall...even tried 3 different Windows 10 computers and I am
    still encountering the same problem. It seems that it is only with my Microsoft account since my husband is able to play the daily challenges under his account with no problems.

    I phoned customer support and was transferred 3 times without a resolution. I submitted a ticket and I was told to come back to this forum, which is where I started. It seems there are many people who have the same issue as I and
    it appears that nothing is being done to address it except to update the software and/or reboot the computer. I have all the latest software updates to Windows 10 in addition to Microsoft Jigsaw. It seems everything was ok until I received the latest updates.

    In addition, is it possible to cancel my Premium subscription since it did not resolve the problem?

    Daily Challenge Coins Missing and Calendar Clitch!

    After the 27 March update Solitaire Daily Challenge is working fine. Was able to replay the earlier lost 60 challenges from 1 to 12 March. Have completed all challenges in March (31 days) with 23050 points and gold badge. But I think the points are 100 or
    200 less than it should have been.

    Microsoft Jigsaw will not open

    2:43 pm I cannot access the daily jigsaw challenges. When I got to enter a challenge the screen goes black as if it is going to one of the adds It stays this way for a couple of minutes then goes back to the main card screen. All other jigsaw games work.
    Only the daily challenges do not work. This started happening on the 16th March 2018. Then it worked but is now doing the same thing and has been doing it since the end of May 2018. Can you not permanently fix this is issue?????

    Big shame Jigsaw

    We're on April 11, 2018.

    Again, for 75 days I do not have access to module daily challenge of this game.

    31 days I play all three daily challenges but at the end the "collect rewards" button is blocked and the game is not counted.

    So, while playing each puzzle appears as if I had not played anything.

    After we had hoped, after more than 20 days of blockade, that the problems were resolved, on January 25, 2018 these problems reappeared. This shows the incompetence of the administrators of this game. Shame. You do not deserve the money you get
    from Microsoft.

    Daily Challenge Points Lost

    Well I am at 22350 after 31 days - its already 31 march in India.

    Have also lost some points too but note that after 21000 points or 28-29th March we got only 150 & not 250 bonus points on completing the daily 5 challenges.

    I am new but learning the rules as I play each day.

    At least not losing medals & points now.

    I too am having trouble loading the Daily Challenge Crossword. The ads and other games are loading.

    My Crossword Daily Challenge still does not work on April 12, 2018, at 9:16 AM eastern time.

    I understand about the crossword map, is the Daily Challenge associated with the map?

    Note, this started after a Microsoft update during the evening of April 10, is it connected?|
