Daily challenges not opening

Today's daily challenges just will not work. I keep getting a message that an error has occurred. The regular games work fine, but the game crashes every time I try to open a daily challenge. I've reinstalled the game, checked for updates, etc etc.

by opening daily challenge mystery clue from 11/04/2018 i got always error: there was a problem loading daily challenge data,

please wait a few minutes and try again.

I have this message now 9 hours.

 

From the right side menu, click "settings", then click "about" to see your version. What is it?

 

there was a problem downloading daily challenge data. please check your internet connection and try again. please refer to error code 002000

i get this above message. this is after loading the game and my login to xbox.

what version number has to do with it ?

 

I've also got the 'there was a problem downloading daily challenge data. please check your internet connection and try again. please refer to error code 002000' on two different laptops one running 32 bit W8.1 and the other running 64 bit W8.1

The version of Taptiles is 1.8.0.31101

It's only the daily challenge that is failing to load - Taptiles itself logs into Xbox OK.

Also the daily challenges for Minesweeper, Mahjong and Solitaire load without any problems

 

I also have version 1.8.0.31101, and have the same problem. Is there anyone who has a different version number and/or doesn't encounter this problem?

seems it has become regular feature

today also it gives same error and game not loading.

 

Following my earlier posting we tried with a third laptop last night and had the same error. We then went through all the suggested fixes but the error still occurs.

This morning the problem is still there and seeing all the other postings reporting the same problem I assume we will have to wait for a fix.

 

You can add my name to this growing list. Same version 1.8.0.31101 and same error code 002000.

I did the same and I have the same Problems since May 1st

 

I have the same problem been onto xbox waste of time been on to Microsoft waste of time so really do not know how to solve it

 

Please make sure you have the latest version of the game installed. From the Start menu, type Windows Update, and click "Check for Updates'
