Daily Challenges not downloading

I've checked in several different times today and each time I go to the Daily Challenges all three puzzles are stuck on the downloading phase with no progress. I've played the Daily Challenges for other games already today, which tells me it's an issue
with this game only. There is also no progress made If I go into the Classic Puzzles section and try to download a free collection. I previously had an issue with this game refusing to download Collection 4 in the Jigsaw Jam portion, but that eventually
worked itself out after a few days. I already have my gold medal for the month, so it's not a pressing matter, but it's still something that should not be happening.

I'm having the same problem with daily challenges. It's always been slow downloading the daily challenges now it won't download them at all. Was hoping I could find a solution here.

I have not been able to download the Microsoft Jigsaw game daily challenges since Sept 30. I have uninstalled and installed the game 3 different times & it still will not download the daily challenges.

Update to this thread. Now, I'm also unable to access Daily Challenges in Microsoft Mahjong. The error message was:

There was a problem downloading Daily Challenge data. Please refer to error code: 016000

Same here. Never downloads the daily challenges. But the ads download perfectly...lol

Yes, it happens with all my games. The consistent error message I get when trying to access Daily Challenges is:

There was a problem downloading Daily Challenge data. Please refer to error code: 002000
