    Daily Challenges lose progress


    Twice this month I'll log in to play my Daily Challenges and I find that most days say I haven't done them and my progress is all the way back to before Bronze! The first time I closed Taptiles, restarted it and the problem was fixed. This time that didn't
    work. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the game, still nothing.

    Nothing, it's just a way to track progress through the daily challenges.

    Lost all of my daily challenge progress.

    I logged in to find that my daily progress was gone. I had completed every daily challenge so far this month. I played todays daily challenge today and started all over again with day one. I just started getting into this and now I feel like why bother.
    Please fix this!

    Please make sure you are logged in to Xbox (in the upper right hand corner) when playing the game, as this will allow your progress to be stored on our servers.

    I would also recommend you try a full restart of your computer or device.

    Daily Challenge Points Lost

    Error code XXX500 means that the Xbox title-managed-storage service (TMS) is temporarily unavailable. This is where your data is stored in the cloud. When this is down, Daily Challenges will be unavailable. It's something that should resolve by itself.

    The 004 portion of that error code is just for us to determine what the game was doing at the time the call was made. In this case, it was trying to access the Daily Challenge calendar.

    The next title update should resolve the issues where players are losing progress in Daily Challenges.
