Daily challenges in solitaire not working

today's daily challenges in solitaire are not working because the calender is not updated to April 11. The calender still shows only April 10. This is the case with events also.

Same problem as "rewardednevada9" above. Same daily challenges not loading - problem started yesterday, I have uninstalled and re-installed, - no difference.

Just a question. Why can I play Taptiles daily challenges, but not Mahjong or Solitaire daily challenges?

If you sign out of the app then sign back in are you able to see the challenges then? Also, let's try resetting the app by following these steps:

Settings>System>Apps & Features>Microsoft Solitaire Collection>Advanced Options>Reset.

After trying those steps please let us know if you are able to see the challenges.

This problem is in my my mobile app. The calender is not synchronised at all. Now the calender shows as todoy is April 20, when actually it is April 21st. The issue is same with events also.

Thank you for clarifying that for us. Can you let us know the type of mobile device you are using the app on? Is this on Android or another type of device? Do you see any options to re-connect your profile within the app? Can you sign out then sign back
into it then check if you are able to see the correct date?

I am using samsung s8+. I tried to uninstall and then installed it again, which tben asked asked me to sign in. I did everything u said, but still there is no change

On our end we are able to change the date by selecting the calendar tab, do you see the calendar option when viewing the daily challenges?

 

yes, i can see the calender option. But when I touch today's date, it only says that challenges for this date are not available.i tapped on April 27 ,as it is today's date and i got only this.I have attached the screen shot.
