Discus and support Daily Challenges in Solitaire not connecting. in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I have seen other complaints/questions about the Daily Challenges not loading in Solitaire.     Daily Challenges in Solitaire not connecting.


    I have seen other complaints/questions about the Daily Challenges not loading in Solitaire. I get small window with
    Download Error. An error occurred while trying to download data from our servers. Please check your internet connection and try again. No error number.

    This has been going on for 3 days now. Come on! It is not easy to get to a support page either.

    Having the same problem in Microsoft Solitaire Collection 30th Anniversary -> Daily Challenges on Windows 10 (fully up to date).
    The following error message is generated: "Download error: An error occurred while trying to download data from out servers. Please check your Internet connection and try again."
    I can access and play all the other Solitaire games in the Collection without any problem. I have encountered no additional problems when logging onto other web URLs. Any information relating to possible solution for this error would be much appreciated. Thanks

    Just a question. Why can I play Taptiles daily challenges, but not Mahjong or Solitaire daily challenges?
