Daily Challenges in Mahjong and Solitare

• What version & build of Windows are you running? Windows 8 (Build 9200)
• What is the make (who made it) & model (if you know it) of the device or devices you are using? Hewlett Packard
  
• About how long ago did you start having this problem? two days ago
• Have you noticed this problem happening on any other games? yes
• Describe your problem. Please explain what happens from the time you launch the game until the problem happens.
  

I updated my computer apps. I can play the Mahjong game but I cannot play the daily challenges. It shows a lock and "coming soon" message. I have the same thing happen when I try to play the daily challenges in Solitare. I can play the individual games
but not the challenges. I have also lost all my points.

Could I go back to the older version if that is the only way to play daily challenges?

error code 002408

This error code has been popping up for daily challenges in Mahjong, Taptiles, and Solitare for me the last two days. This is on Win 8, and started after the app updates of two days ago. There are a couple of threads about this on the Microsoft support
site too.

 

Mahjong Daily Challenge

I cannot log in to Mahjong Daily Challenge today. Keep getting the 1170000 error code. Have followed directions, even rebooting computer. Other game daily Challenges work fine. What is wrong with the Mahjong Daily Challenges.

 

Does it show you as being logged in to Xbox at the top?
