Discus and support daily challenges dont run any more in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; 90% of daily challenges for marjong and solitaire fail to start up since mid January when you started adding more ads.     daily challenges dont run any more


    90% of daily challenges for marjong and solitaire fail to start up since mid January when you started adding more ads. Most of them fail to bring up the ad or just drop back to the same challenge screen you clicked on. Please fix this issue as it is very
    frustrating when nothing works!!! ism running win 10 on my surface3 laptop

    Daily Challenges Closes after Advert

    When I open and run the first daily challenge the program closes after the Advert finishes.

    Any Help?

    I have reinstalled the program

    I've also got the 'there was a problem downloading daily challenge data. please check your internet connection and try again. please refer to error code 002000' on two different laptops one running 32 bit W8.1 and the other running 64 bit W8.1

    The version of Taptiles is 1.8.0.31101

    It's only the daily challenge that is failing to load - Taptiles itself logs into Xbox OK.

    Also the daily challenges for Minesweeper, Mahjong and Solitaire load without any problems

    Daily Challenge Freezes

    The daily challenge has not been working for a week now. I have an HP laptop running Windows 8. Just a regular laptop. Every time I try to play the daily challenge, it goes back to the Start screen. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing helps.
    I have restarted the computer several times. Any ideas?
