Reads: Windows store cache may be damaged = NOT FIXED in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I need to resolve the problems so I can play Solitaire. Also having same problems with Mah Jong.     Daily challenges don't open. Reads: Windows store cache may be damaged = NOT FIXED


    I need to resolve the problems so I can play Solitaire. Also having same problems with Mah Jong.

    I click on a daily challenge, then the screen turns white and game never loads. Help please.

    I cannot fix the cache HELP! I have windows 10

    My Microsoft Sollitaire Collection will not open. How do you clean out the damaged cache? I downloaded the Microsoft Windows Store App troubleshooter, but it won't fix the damaged cache. This keeps happening every month or so. HELP!

    Hello. None of your solutions worked for me, I was told in the troubleshooter that the "windows store cache may be damaged".

    Hello. None of your solutions worked for me, I was told in the troubleshooter that the "windows store cache may be damaged".

    minesweeper wont load daily challenges with error 002000

    I am also getting the same error code 002000 when attempting to open Daily Challenge today for Minesweeper for Windows 10. "There was a problem downloading Daily Challenge data. Please refer to error code: 002000."

    I have not installed the latest update to Windows yet.

    I am also getting the same error code 002000 when attempting to open Daily Challenge today for Minesweeper for Windows 10. "There was a problem downloading Daily Challenge data. Please refer to error code: 002000."

    I have not installed the latest update to Windows yet.

    Microsoft Mahjong daily challenge wont open, but all other games do, May 1 2022

    I tried. I removed cache, forced stop and also uninstalled, installed but I cannot play daily challenge since 1st May.
