Daily challenge medals have disappeared

Discus and support Daily challenge medals have disappeared in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have been playing the daily challenges for almost 3 years.     Daily challenge medals have disappeared


    I have been playing the daily challenges for almost 3 years. I have always completed all of the challenges for a perfect month and earned the medals. Today when I signed in, all of my medals were gone. What happened to the stats and why have they disappeared?
    Years 2012, 2013 and 2014 do not even appear. Some assistance would be appreciated.

    Missing Results

    The same thing happened to me: all my Daily Challenges of September (90/90) and their medals (Bronze, Silver and Gold) disappeared !! Anyone of the support can replay about what happened and how to repair it ???

    Daily Challenge Points Lost

    I do understand that the medal data is saved on the server but a temporary lack of communications is not the problem. It shows differently. From the main screen there are no medals earned for Marsh at all. That disappeared when updateing. From the "Daily
    challenge" screen - the medals are there except from the gold that was lost after the update combined with some points. Additionally the rewards also have a problem. Solving 100 of the Pyramide game doesn't give you a medal eventhough is says "100/100". However
    that was also the case prior to this last update

    My Coins have been stolen.

    The same thing happened to me.

    I also tried to re-play the daily challenges which show o/5, but when I clicked on the individual games it showed: credits given. I lost a silver medal with all the coins. However, this month is showing all the right results, including my Bronze medal.
    Am just wondering if it all disappears once I get to the silver medal.
