Daily challenge failed

Discus and support Daily challenge failed in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hi, Since one month, the daily challenge failed : once the game is done, and the succes need to be register to my xbox account, microsoft jigsaw...     Daily challenge failed


    Hi,

    Since one month, the daily challenge failed : once the game is done, and the succes need to be register to my xbox account, microsoft jigsaw crash.

    Does someone has a solution ?

    I already try to uninstall:reinstall the game, to repair possible error in Windows store, check update. But no succes !

    Logging into Daily challenges failed

    I can not log into daily challenges on either Microsoft Solitaire or Microsoft Mahjong. My log in fails every time and tells me to check my internet connection. I can however, log in here with no issues. Please try to find a solution. Thank you

    sudoku keeps looping back to start

    When I try to play daily challenges sudoku, it goes back to daily challenge start screen. I click sudoku goes to sudoku click daily challenges and it goes back to microsoft daily challenges.

    Daily challenges not opening

    I've also got the 'there was a problem downloading daily challenge data. please check your internet connection and try again. please refer to error code 002000' on two different laptops one running 32 bit W8.1 and the other running 64 bit W8.1

    The version of Taptiles is 1.8.0.31101

    It's only the daily challenge that is failing to load - Taptiles itself logs into Xbox OK.

    Also the daily challenges for Minesweeper, Mahjong and Solitaire load without any problems

    I am also having issues with the daily challenges not loading. They are in a constant state of downloading. I am using this game on Windows 10. With windows 8.1 I did not have this issue and it only started after I upgraded to 10. I have tried to do all
    the options that were given but it still is stuck.

    Have you tried any of the solutions from our FAQ? Please try selecting Restart on your device. If this does not resolve the issue, run the Windows Update troubleshooter or do a fresh reinstall.

    I am also having trouble with a frozen screen and I have uninstalled and then reinstalled, but still frozen at exactly the same spot. Have not been able to complete any of the challenges for the month of July. Am I the only one having this trouble ???

    I had same problem, I installed all optional updates and the game started ok
