    Daily Challenge / Event will not load - goes to ad, then kicks back to Home


    01/10/16 - 10:16am eastern

    Daily challenges and the active Event will not load up on my new laptop. I click the challenge and/or event, it starts to load up, goes to an ad, click close on the ad, then goes back to the original challenge or event screen.

    Thanks in advance for any help

    Solitaire game is broken

    Solitaire will not load and play. From the intro screen, wait for signin, then select daily challenges. Selecting one of the daily challenges results in an ad playing, then the program closes. Back to desktop.

    And why does your "category" selector not provide an option for Solitaire??????

    Upgraded to Premium but getting ads.

    I did what it said about uninstalling and then installing. It says that it is downloaded but I'm not taken to a page to complete the transaction. When I go into play the daily Challenges after it loads the game it goes right into an ad.

    Stalling & shutting down

    As soon as I click on daily challenge, the game shuts down and goes back to home page.

    me too. Happened following a reinstall of Windows 10. Seems to only effect the Daily Challenges and the Events. Additionally, MS Jigsaw daily games won't finish loading.

    Same issue, different ad: on load of first daily challenge game, an Oral-B ad plays but when the ad ends the app crashes/closes.

    Froze 12 times again tonight on daily challenges, Had to restart until the ads loaded. HEY FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
