    Daily challenge download


    Like several others I have not been able to download new games for several weeks. Now I am unable to download the daily challenges. I have tried several of the suggestions already made without success. It seems to think the file is corrupt. Does Microsoft
    have any intention of reissuing without the bugs as it is a great time waster and thoroughly enjoyable?

    Why is it that on the daily challenges -they never stop downloading? This is my favorite of all GAME

    Hey there -

    Sorry to hear about the issue. If you haven't yet, try >>uninstalling<< the
    game and trying again.

    Let us know if the issue persists then. Daily challenge download :)

    I'm having the same problem with daily challenges. It's always been slow downloading the daily challenges now it won't download them at all. Was hoping I could find a solution here.

    I have not been able to download the Microsoft Jigsaw game daily challenges since Sept 30. I have uninstalled and installed the game 3 different times & it still will not download the daily challenges.

    Update to this thread. Now, I'm also unable to access Daily Challenges in Microsoft Mahjong. The error message was:

    There was a problem downloading Daily Challenge data. Please refer to error code: 016000

    Yes, it happens with all my games. The consistent error message I get when trying to access Daily Challenges is:
