Discus and support Daily Challenge and Collections will Not Download in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Reset will not fix. Reinstall will not fix.     Daily Challenge and Collections will Not Download


    Reset will not fix. Reinstall will not fix. Collections nor Daily Challenges will not download. Seems to be hung up on Heart Collection ad and notifications. Reverts to homepage or this "heart collection" add. No love here!!

    Download problems?

    Two days ago the Daily Challenges and Collections would not download. Today 2 of the Daily Challenges are downloading while the last challenge says 'downloading' , but never does.

    The collections try to download but they never arrive either.

    Yesterday none of the challenges downloaded. Today 2 of the challenges downloaded. Tomorrow ? Hopefully, the download problem will be resolved.

    Jigsaw download and Daily Challenge problems

    Daily challenges and new purchased collections would not download. This worked for me. . Uninstall Microsoft Jigsaw. . Restart Computer. . Reinstall Microsoft jigsaw from the App Store. Everything now works OK. All collections purchased
    using gold bars were still available and downloaded fine. The daily challenges took a while but they now work ok also.

    down loads in microsoft jigsaw

    Same here. I've downloaded a puzzle collection and nothing, took my coins though. It's impossible for me to open the daily challenges.

    The same thing happened to me on 31st December - no more daily challenges. They start to load (seemlingly) then it just switches off Jigsaw altogether!

    Jigsaw collections work as usual, but not Daily Challenges.

    Solitaire Collection daily challenge download

    Same problem have tried restarting, resetting app and checking and installing updates (per chat with support). Still same problem seems to be just with the daily challenges.

    I'm having the same problem with daily challenges. It's always been slow downloading the daily challenges now it won't download them at all. Was hoping I could find a solution here.
