    (please excuse my bad English !) I have problem with Solitaire Collection Premium daily chalenges... my points are blocked for 2 days and don't increase anymore ! why ? what can I do ? whom can I ask ? thank you all in advance for your cooperation, Raphael,

    is there any support in FRENCH ?

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Update 1 May 2020 no longer allows me to play Daily Challenges

    since last update I can't get the daily challenge for jigsaw and solitaire new world challenge

    Same problem over here...

    I can't open the daily chalenges. its start loading but automaticly closes jigsaw.

    other things seem to work normal.

    the other microsoft games are working normal (minesweep, solitair, mahjongh)

    Have tried every step provided in your 27 May 2014 4:28 PM posting. End up right where I was at beginning of week. Game tiles are shown on Start screen, but clicking on them only produces an icon on the desktop margin, and clicking on the icon merely causes
    it to open and close in the blink of an eye. Appears to be related onlly to Solitaire Collection and related Daily Chalenges.
