Daily achievements reset

Discus and support Daily achievements reset in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I'm writing on my grandmother's behalf. She had one game left in her October '16 daily challenges.     Daily achievements reset


    I'm writing on my grandmother's behalf. She had one game left in her October '16 daily challenges. I wanted to help her from afar, so I logged onto her Microsoft Account but it only showed green challenges up unto to 14th of October. So I decided to have
    a personal look at her laptop. After launching the game, it showed all achievements (except the one she asked me to help her with). In the top right corner it said "syncing". After a while it was done syncing and all of her challenges disappeared right until
    the 14th... Also the language of the app reset to English (from German).

    How can i retrieve the lost challenges from the Guest account (i suppose that's where they've been saved)?

    How to get the "Good to be King" new achievement?

    Solution has been found for this: Reset Statistics. This will reset all statistics except Daily Challenges and Star Clubs to zero. All achievements and badges associated with Daily Challenges will be kept. Once you reset the statistics, quit the game, restart
    the game, and go straight to Pyramid and Tri-Peak to get this achievement. MAKE SURE YOU FINISH ALL OTHER STATS ASSOCIATED ACHIEVEMENT BEFORE RESETTING STATISTICS!

    Mahjong achievements reset daily

    Hi again Miss Edi

    I shut down in and out of my profile multiple times and disconnected the internet connection each time. I always completely shut down and turn off the PC and internet connection each session due to power surges. I have a wireless connection and there's only
    the one PC. I've just logged on again and Solitaire is at the same stage as my last message, everything after 8th April lost and Mahjong is where I left it. They both connected & signed in without being signed into Xbox as they used to before. I'll see how
    it goes....

    Achievements not Registered for Microsoft Rewards (XBOX- Rewards Weekly Set / Achieve more earn more)

    Well it seems the achievements have counted now for the reward set.. which is good :)

    As for the "Achieve more" I cant complete that... - it refreshes daily... so understandable.

    so what happens to yesterdays where I couldn't click to accept it.. before the daily "reset"?

    Hi again. FireSpice2!

    Have you tried resetting your network and signing out of your profile on your PC and then back into your account? Are you currently using a wired or wireless connection?
