Discus and support Daily 500mb Update in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Every day when I turn my Xbox one one it says I have to update to stay online. It's a 500mb update every day.     Daily 500mb Update


    Every day when I turn my Xbox one one it says I have to update to stay online. It's a 500mb update every day. I have it completely turned off, on energy saving mode and flip the surge protector off so it doesn't get electricity during the day. We do the
    same to my husbands Xbox one and it has no problems at all. Please help me, all I want to do is be able to turn it on and use it.

    can the xbox one update downloaded to a usb flash drive from the web ?Whath is the power consumption of xbox one and is xbox one day one update 500MB

    I'm guessing you are in the preview program.

    The preview forums are here
    forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx

    You can check the announcements thread to see when a new update is due.

    You can also eave your console plugged in & in "instant on" mode for the updates to download when your console is of.

    The xbox one has a built in surge protector.If you use another one as well you risk damaging your console & it would void the warranty.

    Difference between 500GB and 1TB consoles

    If the 500MB is cheaper get that.

    Whether it be 500MB or 1TB you are not going to have enough space if you plan to have a few games.

    Of the 500MB available to you a full 360 is set aside for OS updates and internal console stuff and that's going to be the same for the 1TB as well.

    You will need an External HD. So why spend more on a 1TB console and an external HD if it's cheaper to get a 500mb and an external HD.

    If they're the same then 1TB. No brainer.

    500ish megabyte updates on Xbox one X

    Go into your settings and turn off auto-update, problem solved.
    And a 500Mb update only takes a minute or two to complete.

    I had a situation in FIFA 16. There was an update of 300MB , put to update and he had the impression that lowered every game . That was downloading about 500MB / hour
