daily 20 coins and 5 free tickets nearly impossible to get now!!!

i have found that most of the time i am greeted with basically a message that says "NOPE TRY AGAIN LATER" but i found by just clicking it over and over again it will finally relent and show me an AD and give me my coins,i have taken a new stand point on
this - if i see that message i will get my coins and then i will log out -- bingo was SUPPOSED to be my relaxation time but lately it has been nothing but frustration,PLEASE FIX YOUR GAME MICROSOFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

is it possible to wake up the engeneer or the technicien to fix the Microsoft Bing. To see a lot of pub, you don't have problems to fix it. But, to receive coins and tickets, it take last time over a month to fix it and now, since a week, and it dosn't fix.
Is it possible to wake up Bill Gates to fix it!
