    Enforcement Team,

    I am Daffism, in June 2014, I received a permanent ban, in 2014 I tried to appeal it but got no response so I sold my xbox,

    however I want to comeback to xbox and would appreciate it if i could get my account back possible, at the time I was just a young teen, and have now matured.

    The reason I got banned was for Account Theft.

    Personally and Truthfully, No, I did not Account Theft and I have no idea how that came about as I remember exactly what I was doing the night on the ban, I was playing Call of Duty Black ops ll with the boys and tried to come back online in the morning after
    we had our late night, so please, could you please look into this situation as I feel as if i'm not getting a correct message back, would mean alot.

    Just out of courtesy could I please get an explanation?

    I hope you take this appeal seriously, and i'd love to hear back from you

    Why did my account get suspended?

    why did FBI T0XIC R4IN get banned for 9999 i talked on the phone and they said see y u were so i check and no reason nothing no new msges. someone told me they were going to ban me cuz i kicked them from the party and they did. cuz there wasnt any msgs in my email acc. plz unban me i have gold on tht acc and now i cnt play this is stupid

    The enforcement team don't use the forums.

    Permanent bans are just that,permanent.

    You have 12 months to file for a case review so as the ban was issued in 2014 it can not be appealed.

    It's extremely rare for a ban/suspension to be issued instantly,any report filed has to be investigated so your ban would be for something you did several weeks before the ban was actually issued,not while you were playing Black Ops II.

    There's nothing you can do other than start a new account.
