DA:I freezes for a few seconds every 20 minutes on XBox One, other games don't

Hello,

I just recently purchased a XBox One, along with Dragon Age: Inquisition, but I'm already facing problems.

Every plus-minus 20 minutes, Dragon Age: Inquisition freezes for a few seconds, and I don't know what to do with it.

When I play Mass Effect on it, I don't face the same problem, and so I don't know if Dragon Age or the console is at blame, as I don't have much experience with consoles.

Games freezing and or lagging

Skyrim and Fallout 4 keep lagging while playing. Skyrim will play fine for about 20 minutes and then will consistently lag about every few second and the start working after a minute. I have an Xbox one x that I bought last month. Fallout 4 will freeze
completely and I have to shut the system down, pull the power cord and push the power button several times to get it to work. Fallout will work fine for about an hour and then freeze again. I have not tried the other games yet. These problems started last
week when both games updated.

GTA4 freezing for short periods

Hello there,

a few weeks ago I purchased a new copy of GTA4 for my xbox 360. I have had lots of fun with this game so far, but recently my game starts freezing for short periods of about 5-20 seconds. Sometimes it runs smooth, other times it freezes every few seconds.
There's no dust blocking anything, neither are there any scratches on my disk.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

I did the offline update and I played 10 minutes into black flag and the game is still freezing for a few seconds every few minutes.

So I'm not the only one that's experiencing this. It freezes for a few seconds then go back to normal This happens during cutscenes, and during gameplay. It happens every few minutes. It's pretty annoying, to the point that I've stopped playing the game.

I totally get the notion Microsoft Corporation does not earn enough money to provide customers with an add free experience so they [the Corporation] must bill their customers for the cost of advertising should said customer opt to go for an add-free experience
at the low (in their eyes) , low bargain price of $120 bucks a year. However, I now get the feeling Microsoft is attempting to FORCE customers to take such an option. The problems with the puzzles app has EVERYTHING to do with advertising. If you will note
(assuming your experience is similar to my own) when the advertising screen goes "black" to load a new advertisement every thing locks up...a couple of minutes (OR MORE!!!) later, the advertisement section flashes "white" at which time everything works for
about 30 seconds to 1 minute, then the process repeats. I've been timing it and a couple of times my wait time was 5 minutes down for every 30 seconds up. This went on for a few hours. This has gone on so long, I don't think Microsoft has any intent to
correct the problem. Color me as UNHAPPY and A LOT UPSET!!!
