Skipping The Witcher 2?

the witcher 2 is gonna be on games with gold jan. 16-31 2015!!!

What day are new free games announced for Gold Members and what are the two for Jan 2016??

 

Got a month ago on sale. This game is the best example of how good s kinect game can be. Wacky story also. Must play more.

 

Even though I already have this game, it is an excellent choice.

 

D4 seems like a super weird game, but I've been meaning to purchase it for some time now.

I know Swery stated that he was only going to proceed with the development of a S2 if S1 sold well, & as far as I know, sales were very underwhelming. If S2 is somehow in development, it's a smart tactic on Microsoft's
part to put S1 on Games with Gold to get people's foot in the door. If the audience is already invested & knows what type of game it is, then S2 may have a better chance
in terms of sales.

I still think it would have sold better to begin with if there were a demo available. It wasn't marketed well at all, & when marketing fails with something as strange as D4, you have to at least let people try it for themselves.

 

MS will now pay Swery every time D4 is downloaded in the GWG period. Pretty much guarantees a sequel

 

Already got it (since it was released)....

But a (very) good choice for next month.

 

How long is the story. a few hours I am guessing?

 

The story is not complete, though, right? The reason I didn't buy it was because of the seemingly strong possibility that it would not get finished. I liked the art style, and I'm a sucker for anything Kinect - I'll be onboard for this.

 

Took me a few hours just for the first chapter.

 

Glad I didn't buy it now. Was about too purchase but passed on it.

 

Yay! Excited for this. I heard Witcher 2 will be free next month on 360. Makes me wanna go gold again lol.

 

Considering I just finished a 2 hour play-session with Fantasia Music Evolved and am in the mood for a new Kinect-based game (since Fantasia is my only one), I'm really glad to hear about this. I was already intrigued and curious about this game anyways
- now I simply don't have to pay for it.
