D3 RISE OF NECROMANCER DOESN'T WORK

I just bought and tried to download Rise of the Necromancer for my Xbox 1, and it wont install. It throws an error (0x87E0000D) while trying to map the download.

Yes, I own Diablo 3, and Reaper of Souls. I can play it no problems. It is 100% updated, I made sure.

Yes, I've tried restarting my Xbox 1.

Yes, I've tried unplugging my Xbox 1 for 60 seconds, plugging it in and trying again. Same error.

So frustrating. I see other comments on the Rise of the Necro's Xbox shopping page claiming it doesn't work for them either, but I assume it works for other people.

Have friends that came over after work so we can all game and enjoy, and this garbage happens. Great.

Someone, please advise.

I JUST BOUGHT Diablo III: Rise of the Necromancer FROM MICROSOFT STORE AND RECIEVED CONFIRMATION. NOW THAT I LOGIN IN OT THE GAME, NECROMANCER IS STILL NOT UNLOCKED, WHATS GOING ON. If i bought "Rise of the Necromancer" for Xbox One and not for PC I request
a refund of the purchase i made in the Microsoft Store.

Rise of the necromancer

I bought the package eternal collection to 3 days, I have normal access to the necromancer character, but my friend, who has shared account with me does not have access, this gray and is directed to store for purchase.

this is normal? If not, how to solve it?

For those who care:

Just got of the phone with Xbox live guy, lasted an hour and a half. We tried everything including resetting my Xbox 1 to factory default settings, and nothing. The rep said at this point, its Blizzard's fault and there isn't anything that can be done on
their end.

Yet some people are playing right now on Xbox 1 with the necromancer with ZERO issues. I see them say so on the comments on the Xbox store underneath the Rise of the Necro addon pack.

Awesome, money well spent.

I was told to just wait till someone, somewhere figures this out. I was also told could be an hour, or it could be a week.

Just awesome.

So no hope to offer, except wait an undetermined amount of time. No compensation for this either.

If i bought for PC then i request code i havent recievent any so far for the game.
