    What is this error code? I encountered it while trying to connect to Xbox Live on my Xbox 360. I tried Error Code search in Xbox Support website, but it doesn't know that error code.

    I've been given error codes for 6 years and i can easily search it on Xbox Support error code search feature, but it couldn't find this error code???

    A window popped up saying: "This feature is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.

    Status Code: d000003c"

    Hi Joshua,

    sorry to hear.

    You see the following error code and message when you’re downloading an Xbox 360 console software update:

    Can't download the update. To test your connection, open System Settings and select Network Settings, Test Xbox Live Connection.

    Status code: d0000034
    This may mean that there’s a network issue, insufficient space on your storage device, a problem with the storage device, or a problem with the system Cache.

    Have you restarted your network hardware and cleared the cache of your console?

    When you checked the Error code support did you notice if XBox Live status had alerts?
