    D-Pad Problems.


    Day one controller D-pad won't register input. So I can't even use it. Purchased a second controller now after minimal use it's acting just like my Day one controller!!!! The D-pad just won't register without having to push really hard. What the heck is
    going on with the D-Pad. Yes I updated the controller if you are wondering. Is there a thread with similar problems? I can't be the only one. Anyone have any tips on fixing this. If I can not fix it, I will just end up selling my xbox one. I really want to
    fix this problem. Anyone have a solution or pointers?

    Horrible Controller.

    Guys let me just be clear the problem is with the D-PAD and not the ABXY buttons.

    The d-pad sticks randomly in one direction and I have to go crazy on it to calibrate it lol.

    Also the d-pad is very retarded sometimes and moves in a direction different to what I pushed.

    Less than a year old controller, came with slim console bought in october. I'm not happy, too to me!

    *RUMOR* New color choices for Wireless Controller with Transforming D-Pad?

    So far so good. I haven't had any problems with my d-pad on the new controller. *knocks on wood*.

    D-Pad Problems.

    Greetings , try to clear your cache first of all , and try unplugging your console for 10 minutes and turn it on again , also try replacing your controller batteries , if none of this works reset your console completely and it may work . If none of this
    works contact Xbox costumer support because your console/controller may need to be repaired.

    Left bumper won't work on brand new controller.

    My problem is like that but, it's the bottom D pad doing that.

    360 Pad With Rotational D-Pad

    I have one of those silver joypads with the rotating D-pad. I use it as my main pad and would recomend them to anybody that accidently presses the wrong direction a lot like I used to. With the D-pad in it's + configuration I haven't had that problem system.

    I haven't had any problem with the D-Pad (I've got the silver controller). I don't constantly change the orientation of the D-Pad, I just leave it in the position most appropriate for the game I'm in.
