    Login Information

    How to Find Firmware Version

    1. Open a web browser and in the address bar enter 192.168.0.1 and enter admin for the username and leave the password blank when prompted.
    2. Select Status from the top menu.
    3. Select Device Info from the menu on the left.
    4. The Firmware Version is listed under the General section.


    Firmware Update

    1. Plug the computer into a LAN port via an ethernet cable.
    2. Open a web browser and in the address bar enter 192.168.0.1 and enter admin for the username and leave the password blank when prompted.
    3. Select Tools from the top menu.
    4. Select Firmware from the menu on the left.
    5. Open a new tab on your web browser.

    7. Select the model number of your router.
    8. Select the hardware revision of your router and download the latest firmware.
    9. Save the file to somewhere that is easy to locate, such as the desktop.
    10. Tab back to your the routers firmware page.
    11. In the Firmware Upgrade section select browse.
    12. Select the file you just downloaded.
    13. Click the Upload button and let the software install without interruption.

    • Gateway: 192.168.0.1
    • Username: admin
    • Password: There is no default password


    How to Find Firmware Version



    1. Open a web browser on a computer.
    2. Type the address 192.168.0.1 into the web address bar.
    3. This will take you to a login page. For the Username type in admin and for the Password leave it blank then click on the
      Login button.
    4. Once logged in, click on the Maintenance option on the top of the page.
    5. Click on the Firmware Update option on the left hand side of the page.
    6. The current firmware will be shown on this page.




    Firmware Update



    Note: You will need to download the firmware from the ISP website or the manufacturer’s webpage.



    1. Connect a computer to the router with an Ethernet cable.
    2. Open a web browser on a computer.
    3. Type the address 192.168.0.1 into the web address bar.
    4. This will take you to a login page. For the Username type in admin and for the Password leave it blank then click on the
      Login button.
    5. Once logged in, click on the Maintenance option on the top of the page.
    6. Click on the Firmware Update option on the left hand side of the page.
    7. Click on the Check Now button. If no update is found proceed to step 8.
    8. Click on the Browse… button to locate the firmware you downloaded.
    9. Select the file.
    10. Click the Apply button.
    11. Wait for the gateway to finish.

    How to Find Firmware Version

    2. Open a web browser on a computer.
    3. Type the address 192.168.1.1 into the web address bar.
    4. This will take you to a login page, type admin for both Username and
      Password.
    5. Once logged in click on the Status tab on the top of the page.
    6. This will take you to the Device Info page. The current software version (firmware) will be located on this page.




    Firmware Update



    Note: You will need to download the firmware from the ISP website or the manufacturer’s webpage.



    1. Connect a computer to the gateway using an Ethernet cable.
    2. Open a web browser on a computer.
    3. Type the address 192.168.1.1 into the web address bar.
    4. This will take you to a login page, type admin for both Username and
      Password.
    5. Once logged in click on the Tools tab on the top of the page.
    6. Click on the Firmware Upgrade option on the left hand side.
    7. Click on the Browse… button.
    8. Locate the firmware update file downloaded to your computer.
    9. Click the Update Software button on the bottom.
    10. Wait for the update to finish; this may take up to 1 minute or longer.
    11. After the gateway has rebooted the firmware is out complete.
