    Try these steps...

    Turn off console and remove the power cable.

    Turn off your TV and AVR, if using receiver.

    Power cycle your network hardware and wait until its back up (green lights).

    Turn TV then AVR on.

    Reconnect power cable to console and turn on.

    All being well, ie no hardware fault, the update (reset) should continue.

    If you get the troubleshooting screen start the console reset again.

    You may have to do the Delete everything option if the previous mandatory update to the OS was corrupted.
