Did you try to power cycle your modem/router??

 

Frequent disconnects from Xbox Live/Party/Etc.

Modem brand & model number: D-Link DCM-202

 

I got a new router (D Link dsl 2750) and I have been trying for two days to get my x box to connect with it. Plz any solution am still waiting

How are you trying to connect?

Hard-wired, or wirelessly?

Does it detect the connection?

I'd try troubleshooting the way outlined in our support page entitled “I need help with my Xbox One network connection” if you're having problems.
