Hi. I keep seeing my currency as:

د.إ.‏10.59 USD I looked it up and that is United Arab Emirates currency. Is my account compromised? Those ARE my purchases. The bottom of the page states united states as my country as well. Xbox team should look into this.

Poland is not as rich as the United States or Germany and we have the highest prices, this is terrible !!!!!!!

Sorry to hear it. I'm not sure why your currency would be showing as UAE if you live in the US. Please try contacting phone support as this is a billing issue that only they can handle. 1-800-469-9269

 

The only way to get uae currency is either to have a uae credit card or you purchased a uae prepaid currency card

Currency doesn't transfer between regions

So unless you did a region migration before the transition to currency from ms points except that ma points were also region locked also

Did you purchase unknown currency card from eBay? Or an unknown source?

Entering a us currency card or purchasing us currency from a us account will not work

Only by entering a uae currency card or a uae creditcard can you get those points

 

Any us currency cards you entered would remain on your us account regardless of a migration as it does not transfer between regions so the original card would've had to have been uae

Are you sure you entered a us code ?

Or did you get the code from shaddy point sites or eBay?

 

No i didn't do any of those things you listed. I have a us credit card and nothing else. Someone i know had said that it was a glitch. It still says my region is us. I guess im not too worried about it anymore.

 

Its not a glitch you don't understand how the currency system works

Regardless of a compromise your us currency will stay us currency even if they migrated to the uae

The only way to get a uae currency is to buy a uae currency card or have a uae creditcard

You can actually screenshot it

If you'd want however as stated there is no way to get foreign currency cards on a local account except thru the prepaid currency cards

Your account region maybe us but you can enter foreign currency cards on this website

If you do it won't show up on the us account it will only show on the commerce.microsoft.com as foreign currency

Did you buy a prepaid currency card ? Or did you do it as a creditcard purchase

If it was a prepaidcard then you need to check with the source

 

If you bought it with a credit card then you can take it up with Xbox support

But if you bought a prepaid currency card you need to talk to the retailer or site you got it from or friend

 

They don't have exchange currency cards at xbox support that's why you would have to talk to your supplier of the card if you did get a prepaid card

 

I did not get a pre-paid card. I have not bought from a shady supplier or friend. I buy my own stuff with my own money lol
