    Microsoft claims, that there should be no barrier between the player and the game...

    But unfortunately for any Czech or Slovak player on Xbox, there is one. And it is not only when it comes to games. The Xbox console itself is a barrier as well.

    The focus of this petition is to bring more localized games to players in the Czech Republic and Slovakia as well as bringing their native language to dashboards of their consoles.

    Why can't players on Xbox enjoy their games in their native language as it is the case in many different countries worldwide?

    If you look at Sony and their Playstation, they are reaping great benefits since they started to localize their major titles into Czech/Slovak and it drives the sales of their games on this particular market. It is a focal point
    of many discussions on forums etc. It has become a strong point. So my question is, can we do the same with Xbox?

    Xbox goes by country NOT continents

    You can confirm this on the locale on this website

    Czech only supports one language which is czech

    The reason why you are .able to select english is because of the xbox one language independence

    However it only applies to xbox one games

    For xbox 360 bc titles you MUST select the matching languages

    For the best experience with xbox live everything has to match

    As ngocphi said this is not something that Xbox can handle. In order for the games to be localized to your language they must be programmed by the developers. If you would like to see a localized language then you would need to contact them for more
    help.
