    I just recently heard from a friend that cuberpunk is getting refunded. Obviously i went to go and refund it but it doesnt appear in my billing history. It says that you need the order number but i cant find it since its not there. What should i do?

    On xbox.com/refund select the info box about the cyberpunk refunds, and continue from there.

    Did you actually speak to billing through that page though? The link just takes you to the request form. Since you already stated it doesn't show as available to refund, you'll need to contact billing through phone or chat.
