    Cyberpunk refund


    i requested a refund for cyberpunk 2077. this request was refused. microsoft then updated the policy to refund all requests. i cant actually speak to a real person, i keep getting sent in circles and despite the hours of trying i always end up getting
    no help whatsoever. this is driving me crazy, what can i do.

    On xbox.com/refund select the info box about the cyberpunk refunds, and continue from there.

    Did you actually speak to billing through that page though? The link just takes you to the request form. Since you already stated it doesn't show as available to refund, you'll need to contact billing through phone or chat.
