cyberpunk refund PLS HELP

yesterday i tried to request a refund for cyberpunk as i boughnt it on the stock xbox one and i was not impressed, but they denied it. now they announced today that everyone is entitled to a refund but i cannot request another refund as the old deny of
my first attempt locks me from trying again. Help would be much appreicated

You need to reply to the email you got, and explain in as much detail as you can why you want the refund.
