    CYBERPUNK REFUND ISSUE


    Hi Gamers,

    Question :

    I purchased cyberpunk on xbox and it was paid in full with my credit card

    Cyberpunk was installed on my Xbox under the same account i purchased the game with and tried to play the catastrophically unfinished

    cyberpunk 2077.

    I don`t need to say more about the games state on consoles , we all know the sad trues.

    Now i try to get a refund on Xbox website ;

    I am logged in in my account , which i used to purchase the game.

    The system finds my order with order date and order number , unfortunately the system is not able to process the refund request, it only says technical difficulties

    So i got everything right here in front of me purchase number , account , paid etc.....

    But here I am with the multi billion dollar company Microsoft Xbox to get a refund where you only talk to automated services which are in this case useless and unable to fulfill a simple refund request for one of the most disappointing unfinished product
    which looks like it was made 2004.

    My question is how to get MY refund for this mickey mouse game CYBERPUNK 2077.

    And when is Microsoft Xbox putting real people back into service to deal with problems like that.

    We all should also ask for a quality control system that games which are in a bad unfinished state like this(I can also call at least another 50 bad products of the to of my head)don`t get on to the digital and or disk copy into the stores and ripping us
    gamer`s off.

    Same issue. Someone from the Microsoft Support for Xbox denied me yesterday. Today, @XboxSupport tweets out that refunds have been issued to a "vast majority", but all I'm seeing in these threads are people who were denied for whatever reason.

    Now because of being having the Request Denied on the Order History for Cyberpunk 2077, I cannot file another request for refund.

    How are we going to get this resolved when @XboxSupport says one thing, but the people handling the refunds are denying the requests?

    We were ALL cyberpunked.

    Did you actually speak to billing through that page though? The link just takes you to the request form. Since you already stated it doesn't show as available to refund, you'll need to contact billing through phone or chat.
