    A week or two ago my prepordered cyberpunk disappeared from my games and apps, i didnt think much about it at first but even to today its still not there, so i look at my order history, it says i bought it, but now it says its refunded although i never
    did so, and i didnt even get my money back. Is there a way i can get it back or my money back at least?

    On xbox.com/refund select the info box about the cyberpunk refunds, and continue from there.

    Did you actually speak to billing through that page though? The link just takes you to the request form. Since you already stated it doesn't show as available to refund, you'll need to contact billing through phone or chat.
