Cyberpunk dissapeared from my library

Did someone had this problem before? I bought the game in his release, I played and finished it, but when I tried to play it again I found out that it doesn't exist in my library anymore.

I tried all the solutions from Microsoft, but nothing changed, I have my proof of purchase and I didn't refund the game

Someone had this problem before?

Hi , thanks for the response! Now I re-checked and found out, that says Disputed Charge. I will have to make some check on my bank statements.

Usually when you purchase a digital item it never disappear from your Microsoft account order history.

Can you double check the order history? And in case you have more than one email address please check on each one

Yes, definitely in this case the best option would be check the bank statement
Maybe the refund was reflected only there
