    Cyberpunk Canceled but I wasn’t refunded


    Ive been trying to sort this out for two hours with zero help from microsoft, cyberpunk’s release date changed and they canceled my order. The email was sent back in June, but no money was refunded and I cant install the game, wants me to purchase it.
    Ive waited 5 months and now my money is gone and so is my game, whats going on?

    On xbox.com/refund select the info box about the cyberpunk refunds, and continue from there.

    I need a refund for the last 3 times they have taken out my friends credit card for the subscription that I had already canceled when I used it because it wasn’t my card and she is still being billed she needs to be reimbursed and her card taken off the account asap !

    Did you actually speak to billing through that page though? The link just takes you to the request form. Since you already stated it doesn't show as available to refund, you'll need to contact billing through phone or chat.
