If you got an email denying the refund, reply to it, and explain why you want the refund. Microsoft should then give you one.

Have you checked your email to see the reason? They'll usually specify the reason for the refund denial there.

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. To request a refund on the game, please access http://xbox.com/refunds and sign in with the account and then select "Request
a refund for a digital purchase" after that, manually check the orders for purchase and Choose the reason the most suitable for your request.

The refund department takes up to 72 hours to respond and the money takes three to 5 business days to go back to the account.

Thank you! That worked i miss the days old before micosoft became money hungry and all you had to do was talk to an xbox ambassador.

On xbox.com/refund select the info box about the cyberpunk refunds, and continue from there.
