    Cyberpunk 2077 stops installation at 2.02GB


    So I tried reinstalling Cyberpunk 2077 after this most recent update following edgerunners. I’ve had no issues in the past trying to install this game until now. I’ve looked at many forums following similar issues with installation stopped and followed many steps of hard restarting and network restarting over and over again. Went even as far as deleting my account off the Xbox and putting it back. To of no avail it still stops the installation at 2.02GB EVERY single time after I try to fix it. What the hell is the issue here?

    I don’t use an external hard drive and I’ve done this twice now and it’s still stopping my installation at the same point for this one game. I can install everything else just fine but this one game. I’ve cleared my cache and reset and still stops my installation for Cyberpunk 2077 at the same point 2.02GB. Maybe Microsoft should look into the game itself for issues because it’s specifically tied to it. All I want to do is play Cyberpunk 2077 and nothing we’ve tried has accomplished anything.

    I'm sorry for the trouble, RyanTheRipper and it's odd that this is still happening after all the steps that we have tried. This is due to a corrupted file but resetting it or removing an external hard drive should fix this.

    So I followed these steps and it reset my Xbox and took off all my profiles as you said it would but once I got everything set back up again and finished my updates it’s still doing the same thing for installing cyberpunk 2077 and still stops at 2.02GB I have 147GB availability and the game is only 62.92GB so I know it’s not the space on my hard drive.

    Followed the same steps and erased everything during reset and just set everything back up and STILL stops installing at 2.02GB this is becoming a colossal waste of my time and now I have to re install all my other games. It literally only does this for this one game specifically and I’m starting to get irritated. What the hell is going on and why is this happening to one game only?!?
