    cyberpunk 2077 pre-order issues


    I pre-ordered CP2077 may 10th, 2020. Shortly after it was delayed and I was refunded. On the 22nd of June, 2020 I pre-ordered it again, and again they took the money from my account. Well 3 days ago I got an email saying my payment couldn't be processed...
    Funny, you've had my money for almost 6 months, allowed me to download the pre-order placeholder, and now you've cancled my purchase, have yet to refund my money, and your support transfered me to Office accounts and billing for a xbox issue, the office CS
    then put me in hold for five minutes and transfered me to the automated xbox CS line that tells you to go online to request a callback, then hangs up on you... It's sad that a multi-million dollar company treats people like this. Time to switch to Sony, their
    CS actually cares.

    Anyone else having this issue???

    Cyberpunk 2077 on Xbox is a 'Smart Delivery' title. This means when you purchase the game you will automatically get the best version available, even if you pre-ordered the game today from

    Smart Delivery supported games work regardless of what version of the game you already have. Which means, even if you had an Xbox One now and owned Cyberpunk 2077 on disc or as digital download, as soon as you upgrade to a Series X or S, your game will be
    upgraded to the Series X/S version at no extra charge.

    You don't need to own an Xbox One to pre-order Cyberpunk 2077, indeed, you don't even need to pre-order it. You're buying a Series S you can buy it for your console when it releases via the built in Xbox Store on the console.
