Cyberpunk 2077 Pre-Order is Missing!

I've encountered a problem!

I pre-ordered Cyberpunk 2077 a year ago, I don't remember the exact date, but I'm sure I purchased it.

I held it in my game library up until now, a bar under it said: "pre-ordered" to confirm it. But now, it suddenly disappered. I wasn't refunded, nor did I cancel my pre-order.

I'm naturally infuriated by such a discovery, as I paid quite a lot of money for it only for it to vanish. I've checked my Order History and found no results, it only dates back to three months and not any longer!

I refuse to pre-order the game again, for it to possibly steal and eat my money. I would like the pre-ordered game returned to me, if not that then to be refunded IN FULL. ($59.99)

Of course it is pre-ordered, but it still showed that I owned it; and I'd have to wait until it offically is released to play. But now it's telling me I had either been refunded, or a problem with payment; neither could be the case, in my eyes.

I'm sure I did purchase it, it's proven as I downloaded it and it's in my library. I can't necessarily have done that without purchasing it. It also says canceled, but I don't know how or why it would've been.

Please, give me advice!

I've checked my Order History and found no results, it only dates back to three months and not any longer!

if you go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ you can view all your orders/purchases by selecting
All Available under the Ordered Within options. (the other options are Past 3 Months, Past 6 Months, Past Year).

I came here with the same problem. If you try and purchase the game again, the amount you paid for initially should be in your Microsoft Account Balance. It might be different, because I bought it with Xbox cards. I think the reason for the refund after
the delay was for, just in case some people got really pissed off and wanted to buy a different game.

It seems everyone is being refunded as you're not the first to post about this. Microsoft has a policy on pre orders and since this game has been delayed, refunds are coming.
