Cyberpunk 2077 not updating

My physical copy of “Cyberpunk 2077” is not updating. For some reason, the option for updating isn’t showing, nor do I know how to access it. When I start up the game, the game simply just starts up as if the update doesn’t even exist. I am currently stuck on version 1.61 of the game and I would like to update to the current version, which I believe is 2.1. How do I fix this?
