Cyberpunk 2077 digital refund

a few days back I requested a refund for cyberpunk 2077. I had more than 2 hours logged onto the game so my refund was denied and now they have the policy that guarantees refunds but I don't have the option to refund the game anymore because my refund
a couple of days back was denied. this game Is a buggy mess and I would really like my money back but I am unable to refund it. I would like to purchase another game and I don't want to waste another 80 dollars because my refund was denied.

If you got an email denying the refund, reply to it, and explain why you want the refund. Microsoft should then give you one.

Same thing happened to me I had more than 2 hours in as well and requested a refund but was denied so right now I'm in the same boat as you for the refund.

I will be getting Cyberpunk 2077 digitally and will probably play that immediately on the Series X

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. To request a refund on the game, please access http://xbox.com/refunds and sign in with the account and then select "Request
a refund for a digital purchase" after that, manually check the orders for purchase and Choose the reason the most suitable for your request.

The refund department takes up to 72 hours to respond and the money takes three to 5 business days to go back to the account.
