Cyberpunk 2077 Digital Code Purchased from Walmart Will Not Redeem HELP

I purchased a digital code for Cyberpunk 2077 at Walmart yesterday so I could preload it and be ready for today. Tried redeeming it on my console, the app, and the website. Each time it told me "Something went wrong. Contact who you got this code from."
I went back to Walmart today and made a stink because they gave me a bad code, so they refunded me and gave me a new one. Well guess what... THE CODE STILL DOESN'T WORK. This is 100% on Microsoft's end, only it's god damn impossible to actually talk to a person
in their customer service department... do they even have one? Every option I chose on the "Contact Us" page tells me that phone calls and webchat are not available. Can anyone help me here? I've been an Xbox customer since the beginning but I'm about to go
back to PlayStation, customer service is AWFUL.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have question on Cyberpunk bundle. Only thing comes in the bundle is the console, controller, the game, and 1 month trial of game pass ultimate. As you do not live in an Xbox live region, the ultimate
was probably not included. Here is a

Physical card with game pass was included in the box, game as well. Console was purchased from amazon.de and if your theory would be correct I would be able to redeem at least Cyberpunk 2077, but I was not able to redeem it as well. All menus simply missing
section which used to redeem Digital Direct content according to the official guide.

Could ability to redeem Digital Direct content be related to the IP adress or location?

Cyberpunk 2077 will be released in Sep 2020, so you can't redeem this game now.

No it's not in my purchase history it was a Fastcard purchased from Walmart that comes with a one-time use only 25 digit code printed on your receipt that you redeem online at microsoft.com/redeem I still have the card and receipt

A redeemed code would still how up in your accounts purchase history. Is there any chance that you used a different account when redeeming the code?

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. To request a refund on the game, please access http://xbox.com/refunds and sign in with the account and then select "Request
a refund for a digital purchase" after that, manually check the orders for purchase and Choose the reason the most suitable for your request.

The refund department takes up to 72 hours to respond and the money takes three to 5 business days to go back to the account.
