I already have 5 consoles and I wanted to know if you can help me obtain a commercial license for Xbox games.     When they say "department store", what they should have said is repair shop. You will be wanting to look for a computer repair shop that specializes in consoles.

    Go to Google (or any other search engine) and type: "computer repair shops that fix xboxes" That should come up with plenty and, if you are lucky, will come up with something in your vicinity
