    Cyberbullying and harrassment


    For the last year and a half I have had a guy use my pictures as his Profile picture and I have told him many times to remove it. He never does then he gets a new one and posts it then demands me to join party chat and he will remove it which I join and
    get called a [mod removed]. I have called xbox and microsoft many times and they always say they will deal with it then nothing ever happens. Anyone know any good lawyers who are willing to help me sue them for basically making me deal with this guy. He creates
    new accounts or has his friends message me. I cannot seem to get away from him.

    I am sorry your son is being Cyberbullied. As long as you reported and blocked the bullie or bullies. It is a shame that a father and son cant even play xbox without being harrassed by bullies, and as far as the school fight it seems to me this has gone
    to the next level i would talk to the school's principal... Maybe that is what is needed.

    Also, they are NOT "Cyberbullying" you. Sending messages to people on a network where those messages can INSTANTLY not be recieved, does not count as bullying or cyberbullying.

    XBL has opened up a of completely different form of cyberbullying. And these new cyberbullies, as depraved as they are, are not complete idiots. They're not going to target more than one person at a time.

    How long does it take for the enforcement team to reply to a case review? I feel that they made a mistake on my banishment from communications. i was banned on 10/24/15 to 11/7/15 on 2k16 Nba, I was off punishment for 2 days then on 11/9/15 I was banned
    again? For no reason they now have me banned from 11/9/15 to 11/24/15 I'm still banned in NBA 2k15 but can play any other game, the thing is usually when they ban you they ban you in the game you committed the violation in and I wasn't playing 2k at all!!
    I was playing madden and Halo 5 but I can still play those games but not 2k16 nba so I feel that Xbox enforcement made a mistake on banning me I just got off punishment wtf?!!!!
