    About 1 hour ago. I was playing a game. At the end of the game, One of them started to inviting me into his group. I refused but he kept scamming party invitation. Not just party invitation they said things that they shouldn't have said. I did everything
    I could. Report,mute and block. I want to know what action would microsoft take

    Try contacting the enforcement team directly and let them know the issue
    There is no way to contact the enforcement team directly except for doing a case review but you have to have a suspension on your account that is eligible for review in order to do that.

    Reporting them through the console would be the only way to report it to the enforcement team.

    Honestly, about all Microsoft can do is give the person a suspension. But, you the right thing by reporting and blocking them.

    they can also give them a ban on communication for a certain period of time. and if the behavior does not stop, they have the potential to disable their Xbox account, but that depends on how much they keep bullying other players.
